The vacuum soap plodder is one of the essential pieces of equipment in the soap refining and shaping production line. It refines, deaerates, and extrudes the milled soap flakes. By rearranging the molecular structure of the soap substrate under a vacuum state, it produces finished soap bars that are finer, smoother, and more translucent.
Working Principle:
The machine utilizes helical screw blades, the dead weight of the material, and the friction against the inner barrel casing to continuously push the soap substrate forward, forcing it through the extrusion die plate to shape into continuous soap bars.
Key Features
- Robust Structure: The main body of the equipment is constructed from welded steel, featuring a compact footprint and an aesthetically pleasing design.
- Efficient Cooling: The barrel is fabricated from thick-walled, cold-drawn seamless steel tubes and features circulating water cooling within the helical blades, ensuring the substrate meets high-quality processing standards.
- Corrosion Resistance: All internal barrel parts in direct contact with the soap substrate are precision-machined from premium stainless steel, providing excellent anti-corrosion properties.
- Customizable Extrusion: The extrusion die plate at the discharge end can be customized to required shapes and dimensions, enabling the production of soap in various specifications.
- Advanced Speed Control: Equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) motor, offering simple and reliable operation, high speed-regulation efficiency, a wide speed range, hard mechanical characteristics, and low noise levels.
- Easy Maintenance: The transmission and reduction gear are independently separated, ensuring convenient routine maintenance and an extended service life.
