Blending And Infusion
First, we melt our premium soap base or natural soap noodles. Subsequently, we perfectly blend the base with select ingredients, including exquisite fragrances and rich pigments. We stir the mixture with precise control. This uniform agitation ensures an even distribution of nutrients. Moreover, this controlled stirring successfully prevents unwanted air bubbles, resulting in a flawless liquid soap.
Precision Molding
Next, operators smoothly pour the liquid soap into specially designed molds, such as custom trays or pipes. We always aim for a perfectly smooth finish. Therefore, we immediately eliminate any micro-bubbles on the surface using a fine mist of alcohol spray.
Cooling And Solidification
Afterward, the filled molds rest in a temperature-controlled environment for several hours. This stable resting period allows the soap to naturally cool, cure, and solidify into its perfect form.
Meticulous Demolding
Once the mass fully solidifies, our team carefully and gently removes the soap from the molds. For pipe-molded products, we utilize a professional soap pusher. This reliable machine smoothly ejects the soap logs without damaging the edges.
Trimming And Slicing
**Furthermore**, each batch undergoes precise trimming. This crucial step ensures that all surfaces remain clean, smooth, and visually flawless. We then precisely cut the long soap logs into individual bars of various curated sizes.
Logo Stamping
Consequently, we elegantly emboss every single bar to elevate our brand identity. We detail rectangular and square bars, such as our classic laundry soaps, using a precision pneumatic stamping technique. In addition, we stamp our oval and round bars using dedicated shaping molds to preserve their delicate contours perfectly.
Elegant Packaging
Finally, the finished soap bars move gently via a conveyor system to our automated wrapping station. As a result, the machinery securely and beautifully packages each product, making them fully ready for immediate global delivery.
