- The mixing tank body is made of 304 stainless steel, with a flat top and an oval bottom, an inner diameter of 1100mm, a straight plate height of 1000mm, a wall thickness of 2.0mm, mirror polishing inside and outside, three legs, and the height of the whole package is less than 2.35 meters, which is convenient for loading into containers.
- The stirring motor is 1.5 kW, 380V, frame-type impeller, and the speed is 48 rpm. The emulsification at the bottom of the kettle is 4 kW, 380V, and the speed is 2800 rpm. It is equipped with a 6-watt cooling pump (voltage 220V)
- There are two outlets, one is equipped with a gear pump, 1.5 kW, to achieve liquid inlet and liquid outlet circulation (4-way at the inlet position), 1.5 inches, and the other outlet is a sewage outlet with a spray ball for automatic cleaning.
