This soap production line is for manufacturing laundry soap that needn’t soap moulds and usually the soap shapes are rectangle or square. The production begins from soap noodles.

The capacities range from 100KG to 200KG/H,30KG~500KG/H,1000KG~1500KG/H,2000KG/H,3000KG/H etc. The real capacity depends on production speed and soap sizes. The soap cutter can cut any length soap from 4cm to 100cm.The soap sizes and logos can be customized as buyer requirements.
